The application of knowledge can quickly answer questions that move the individual past mediocrity and into applied learning and success.

We have now started to understand that learning something new can be fun and quick when we teach learners ‘how to think’ instead of ‘what to think.’ This requires application of new knowledge acquired to real life situations, or simulations that create practice of skill sets and language needed for new learning.

Additionally, when learners applying the knowledge take time to analyze, synthesis and evaluate whether or now they have achieved their goal, new connections and pathways are created in the brain. They are able to expand on what they already know quickly and effortlessly, eventually creating new opportunities for expanded learning in their own brain.
